Founded in 2020, Đesign: Agency & Management (Đ:AM) is a fully integrated agency and management company that is changing the traditional business model within the interior design and architecture industries.

Based in Los Angeles, Đ:AM represents a portfolio of leading US-based interior design firms, architects and landscape designers, helping our artists build strong brands around their expanding profiles, and managing them as individual talent.

We offer clients access to our exclusive artist roster and extensive global network of design professionals and provide clients with comprehensive advisory services, helping them hire the best team for their design projects.

Our aim is to create a connected ecosystem amongst our clients, partners, represented artists and wide network of design professionals.

As champions of its artists’ brands, Đ:AM navigates an evolving residential and commercial design business landscape at the intersection of client and project management, project sourcing, brand partnerships, licensing opportunities and social media marketing – all aimed at maximizing the skill, career trajectory and growth potential of our designer community.

This support is complimented and strengthened by a creative business management suite of services that includes strategic business advisory, financial budgeting, business plan formation and operational consulting.

Acting as producers rather than brokers, we pair our artists with projects that play to their creative strengths and utilize the collective community we’ve built to bring clients a group of connected creatives who can see each project through every step of the process.

Throughout the process, Đ:AM also acts an intermediary between artists and clients, allowing the focus of both parties to remain on the creative relationship and ensuring that there is increased transparency in the entire design process.
